We ordered our entire first floor hard wood in brazilian cherry 6 or 7 years ago and Alex did excellent customer service.

I am a repeated loyal customer and go back to order my second floor and stairs few weeks back. The flooring was fine with no issues however the stairs were not Semi Glossed as we ordered. We find out today that the gloss is Water Based instead of Oil Based the way it should be.

I am really upset the way Alex treated us being his loyal customers. He has been rude when i spoke to him. I will never ever RECOMMEND him to anyone any more.
