This salon is absolutely fabulous. Annie and Chi are professional and do first-rate work. I have recently become a regular customer. From pedicures to waxing, I am always happy with the results. I first met Annie at another Chapel Hill salon that I will not name. Needless to say, she was the only redeeming quality from that salon. I kept coming back to that salon looking for her. Because she was no longer there, I would allow other employees to work on my feet or eyebrows with disappointing results. Eventually, I stopped going. I happen to walk into Princess Nails one day and saw her. I was estatic! I have been going ever since. I even have my friend going.

I went to this salon twice and had a terrible experience both times (with 2 different employees). One bad experience and I can assume the employee was at fault, but 2 bad experiences indicates a problem with the salon. The employees are dishonest (on my first visit I told the employee I wanted to get acrylic tips and that it was my first time. She talked me into getting gel tips--but it turned out she actually gave me acrylic tips anyway and charged me for gels--this was confirmed on my second visit, but not only did the salon not offer a refund, they overcharged me for the removal!). On my second visit to the salon I had my false nails removed. Instead of soaking them in acetone first, the nail tech roughly pried them off-- a job made more painful by the heavy handed use of an electric buffer by the woman who put them on. My nails are in shreds with angry looking red marks where the edges of the false nails used to be.
