If I could give them 0 stars - I would. Easily the worst manicure and service I have EVER received in my life. I came in for a shellac french manicure - a $40 service. With that, I expect someone to not only give me a good manicure but to also make me feel relaxed. My hands were never soaked, my cuticles were touched ONLY after I asked why she hadn't cut them yet, I had to ask her to remove slight chips of existing polish TWICE and after she rushed painting my nails I was told that "she didn't want to make the white tips any thinner" EVEN THOUGH I WANTED THEM THIN. I didn't even argue when there was no cuticle oil or lotion follow up to my manicure, I rushed out of there as soon as possible and will never return. I would have refused to pay if they didn't make me pay upfront. My first time, and my last, visiting Natural Nails.
