Do not bring your car here! These people are crooks and deserve no business; this company is 100% set on what profit margin they can achieve. They attempt to take advantage of middle class people for mediocre work. I brought my car in for a simple oil change and NYS inspection. When I went in the person persistently attempted to persuade me into buying high mileage oil for an extra $15.00 for a car with roughly 50,000 miles. Later when they called me back; they said my car failed NYS inspection because the brake system had air in the line and the windshield wipers.So I decided to ask how much they wanted to bleed the brakes and change the windshield wipers. (You can buy windshield wipers for $13 and brake fluid for $7 at Wal-mart) They wanted an extra $497.00 for bleeding the brakes and changing the windshield wipers (which should take no more then a hour) on top of the $65.00 for NYS inspection/oil change. Once I declined what would've been a $562.00 bill to take it to a trust worthy mechanic back home. I passed NYS inspection and it cost me $10.00. They still charged me $50.00 for failing the inspection and oil change. Do not go here unless you want to spend about $1,000/hr for their work; for incorrect information. I say this because I did not change anything and passed, they just wanted to see how much money they could bleed me for.

OK, hang on. A year ago I would not have kicked dirt on this place. I got a flat on my way home from work yesterday and was a block away. Unfortunately, I had been here years ago (read bad experience). I notice the new look of the shop. I was still sceptical, but desperate. I limped in riding the flat and was greeted by a different staff. The place is totally new! The old guys are out and it was explained to me that Goodyear Corporate owns it now. Everyone was professional, helpful and their prices are GREAT! The place is clean and neat now. No high pressure sales tactics, no lies.
