I have a 2002 BMW 330cic convertible that I've taken to Euro Solutions on 3 or 4 occasions now, and every time I come away REALLY impressed by the treatment I get from Mike and his crew. They go overboard to ensure you understand the issue(s) with your vehicle, the repair options available to you, as well as the potential costs (which so far have been quite reasonable). During my most recent visit, Mike diagnosed an error light that had recently popped up on the dash. He was totally on it shortly after I pulled in with the vehicle, and after about 40 minutes of investigating had a complete explanation of the systems involved and how they work, and a conclusion that the problem was most likely a failed sensor self-test, due to low battery voltage. He cleared the error code/light, and then proceeded to tell me how I could probably prevent the problem in the future (since the car sometimes sits for a couple weeks between drives). I was quite satisfied with the explanation and conclusion, grateful for the advice, and was completely prepared to pay for the diagnostic work... But Mike absolutely refused to accept any payment! He simply asked that I bring the car back again, if the light re-appeared. Auto repair service just doesn't get any better than that.
