Pro quality & honest help this is what I experienced from enviro. For the price of the service call to repair my Heating System, $79 dollars and it was repaired. Clean cut friendly knew his trade. I could tell this company Environmental Heating & Air of nc was good. The service repair man was very confident. My neighbors unit was put in by them and they had a great experience. Ghassan. For the past month or so, I have been dealing with an ongoing problem with my Heating unit. The company that I deal with has been there many times to fix some minor problem, so they tell me, with resistors and what not at $400-$500 each visit. This would have been acceptable however, all the rapair they do seem to last for a few days until the unit starts to act up again. So I called them back to fix it and gave me a quote of $1500. That would be over $2000 in repairs to a unit in less than a month, which seems like a rip off to me. At the recommandation of a friend, I called EHAC last week in the evening. The technician was there at noon the following day. The technician seemed very knowledgeable and fixed my unit promptly. Best of all, it was done at a much cheaper rate and I am warm. Happy with the service and happy with the price. EHAC is an honest company and I highly recommend them.

I called Environmental at 9:30 this morning, and a tech was out before noon. My heat wasn't working. My unit was only 5 years old. Ryan told me the issue and that the part was under the manufacture warranty! He replaced it and the heat was back on! He was very informative and honest! I felt so comfortable with him. Recently my air conditioner had failed, being on a very tight budget I did a lot of research and came up with a few companies to look into. The net result was I hired Enviornmental.Their price,service, and no nonsense selling added up to being the best value for the money. There were no add ons and no surprises. Even my dog loved these guys : )

Our central air unit had gone down .We called EHAC and their technician arrived on-time and promptly assessed the problem. The repair turned out to be minor and definitely within our means, and speaks volumes as to their credibility. The next time our unit has a problem, they will be the first contact on the list.

They take their maintenance appointments seriously to help you avoid unexpected repairs. Shane took his time to make sure the job was done completely and correctly. Serviceman, Dustin, came out on a Sunday morning to analyze the HVAC unit for a burning odor. He was really nice, very thorough, and extremely informative. Fixed the problem and let me know what might need attention in future so I could let landlord know (as we are renting this house and don't want to shell out any ore than we have to). My father was a heating/plumbing service owner and demanded the very best of his employees...I am quite sure Dustin and Environmental would pass his qualifications with flying colors. They have certainly earned my customer loyalty.

i didnt know how far there service area was. I live in North Durham and kept smelling gas. After seeing reviews online, I decided i would call and ask. Almost immediatly a service tech was dispatched to our house. We had a gas leak in the propane line coming from the tank. The Tech(ryan) turned off the tank, cleared the area and repaired the hole in my line. He then pressure tested and made sure there wasn't a leak. I feel so much safer knowing it was repaired properly. They are the best!

I havent had my units serviced in about 5 years. I called Enviro-nc and scheduled an appointment to have a Maintenance. I ended up signing up for a great plan! and my bill was very reasonable. the service tech was very knowledgeable and polite. I am glad i found Environmental Heating and Air!

I would highly recommend these guys, my systems are over 15 years old and are not doing what they should. I called environmental and within 2 hours had a greatservice tech there. He was very knowledgeable and did not try to rush in and out. He replaced a faulty part and showed me the old one. He also took the time to recommendalternatives for the inevitable replacement. He showed me how much a new one could save me over what I have now. Thanks guys!!

My wife called me on Thursday afternoon I was away. She said she heard a noise the air conditioner in our Raleigh home was not working. We had problems before the AC is getting old. She was recommended a company called Environmental Air Conditioning. They came out in the afternoon, fixed and back on within 1 hour. Price was discount thetech was great she even gave a tip haha that not like my wife with Air Conditioning and Heating company's. But we are happy. Thank you enviro
