I really can't say enough good things about Caliber Collision at Cary Crossroads. Alora and Rusty and the front office staff were amazing to work with. They took care of every single detail when I brought in my 2015 Nissan Murano for some bodywork. They kept me updated on the progress and even got the work done ahead of their estimated delivery date. Everyone I dealt with was courteous, professional, and just plain nice and helpful. When I got the car back and discovered that the automatic tailgate lift wasn't working (which shouldn't have been affected be the bodywork they did on the side of the car), they didn't question it or accuse me of trying to get them to fix something pre-existing. They just had me bring the car back and took a look. 30 minutes later, the issue was resolved with a system reset and I was on my way with no extra charges or problems. If it were possible to give more than 5 stars, I would!
