Such an excellent Doctor's office. The staff is so kind and helpful. Really have nothing but kind words to say about the place. I have been taking my kids there since they were little and now they are college and they go there on their own. They didn't even bother to look anywhere else, they know the best place to go is in right in town. They are a whole package deal. They do bloodwork, EKG, DOT, X-ray's, and much more. They even have physical therapy right in the office.

Last minute DOT physical . Walked right in. Nice staff and was out in 20 minutes.

Do not waste your time or precious co-pay going to this place. This facility is money hungry and unethical. All they care about is cash in their pocket. I had a switch in insurance 2 years ago. Never went a day without, just went from one company to another. I took my son to Doctors Medi Center after this and I suppose they mistakenly billed the old insurance. Which of course got denied. Making me have a balance with the facility. They sent letters. I replied and submitted bills to my new and current insurance. I thought the matter was taken cared of. About a year after that my son who has asthma could not breath. I was terrified. He was 6 at the time. I brought him in there being that they have treated him before. They pulled up our account and told us they would love to see him after I payed the balance on his account. $400. I am a working mom of 3. I do not just have $400 laying around. I was unprepared for this. I offered just the co-pay and said we can take care of the discrepancy after he was treated. Again he was 6 and having an asthma attack. Could not breathe! They turned us away. Now what if something had happened to us on our way to the hospital. What if he stopped breathing. What if the lack of oxygen caused permanent damage? These are Doctors! I was under the impression Doctors had an oath, that they should have compassion. I would assume Doctors and staff would have a higher standard of ethics! I little boy who had no energy to stand on his own, who was obviously struggling to breathe was turned away aver $400. (My son is fine. The hospital took great care of him.) I of course was enraged but did not want this issue on my credit report. I again called my insurance company and they said they would handle it. I did not get another bill. I did not get any calls concerning the matter. I again thought it was dealt with. Until today when I called to make an appointment for my very sick daughter. She is eleven and had a high fever and was just a mess! They again brought up this $400. I again do not have $400 laying around. Long story short, after again getting denied, I told the owner of this facility to shove that bill....I will forever have this $400 on my credit report because I refuse to pay Docors Medi Center. There is no way they deserve my payment or my business. I hope this review saves someone the agony I have had dealing with them.

I had trouble getting a last minute appointment with 2 other doctors so I called this medi center and they told me to come right in. The staff was great and I was in and out in 45 minutes. Highly recommended.

If there would be -a start that is what I would give. I have not had a great experience with this clinic for around 7 yrs. There are not too many practitioner in town so at times I have felt stuck or just deal with been sick. They are better when dealing with children. I have had so many bad experiences with their billing dept. The front desk lady alwasy had a nasty attitute.
