If I could I wouldn't have even give them 1 star. They are thieves. I have $650 in washer repairs and the washer still didn't work. Then they wanted an additional $200. Now they won't return my calls, so Small Claims Court here we come!

This company does not care about its customers! My fridge was full of food and would not freeze or cool. When they came outto look at it, the guy checked it out for not even 5mins. And said it wwas something with the computer parts. Well we spent money on that part and it still didn't work. So we tell them , they came out again and said it was the compressor. At the same time the guys offered to take my fridge and get me a new one so he can repair and sell mine. Well they never did fix the problem. They just wanted money and wanted about $500. Since something didn't seem right I called another company and come to find out all it needed was 'Freon'!!! ThIS COMPANY IS scandles!! I wouldn't send my worst enemy to them!! Also for more reviews check out YELP since they wrote their own reviews on this. And the same person wrote 2. This company should be shut down. They lack integrity!

Excellent Work Our washing machine broke over the weekend. I called Paramount Appliance Repair on Monday and they were able to come out the following morning. Just from describing my issue, they were able to correctly able to diagnose the most likely issue and give an estimate. They were on time for the repair in the morning, very professionally dressed, and got to work straight away. The estimate they gave was spot on and the repair was done quickly and efficiently. I would use them again. Most importantly, they did all of this for about 30% less then Sears repair was offering to do it. A very positive customer experience for me. Jenny R

My dryer was shutting off early and it took over 7 tries to finish drying my clothes. I had to be to work later that evening and wanted this dryer repaired before the weekend and holiday.
