I had lost my phone and walked in to this store to get my phone replaced. This fast talking salesman says let me show you some phones. I saw the new Samsung Note II. He said that I don't qualify for an upgrade but let me see what I can do. Making me think that he was going to help me out. I have been with Sprint for 11 years and never got screwed the way this guy screwed me and the store manager was no help either. Long story short...another line had been added to my account. He said either get a new line or get a house line to get this phone. I said fine give me the house line. Now I have both...another cell phone line plus a house line. Luckly after being persistent someone from Sprint accounts helped me. Again....do not buy any service from this store. They will screw you. Stay the hell away. I have filed s complaint with Sprint against this store. If you have been by screwed please file a complaint. This is the only way that we can protect each other.

This store is HORRIBLE! I took my phone there because it was not sending text messages. I had already spent a whole night on the phone with tech support and they specifically opened a tech ticket for me so I could get faster service at this store. I walked in, they literally told me nothing was wrong with my phone and they could not help. They didnt even run a diagnostic test! They acted like I was such a bother- and their time was too precious to give me a second look, despite the fact that I pay my bill on time every month and have been a loyal customer for years. DO NOT GO HERE.
