0I was very happy to deal with one person at all times with this company, It saved so much time and headache, It helps that it is a family business and they care about what they sell to you. I would highly recommend this company. All the other blind companies I used to deal with went under and Budget Blinds is still strong and surviving so that tells you something right there.
Great Customer Service from beginning to end . I have used them for all my rental properties and its true when they say there products are lifetime warranty. I needed to replace a few of them after a few years and there was no charge at all on my part. Most companys dont back that up or go out of business but Budget Blinds is all over because they are a franchise and most owned by families that care. I only know that because I have used them in New York and now Michigan.I have no regrets and feel good about my decision.
Thank you for all your help and professionalism. The Representative was helpfull and experienced and so was the installer. I would recomend them to all my family and friends.
