This company has giving me the run around for the last 4 weeks.. I charge some credit card to the business account and now they are holding the money for 270 days for risk or fraud.. i been trying talk to the manger for help and he ignores the calls and does not call back, i called risk mangement and spoke to at least 6 diferrent people and no help, they gave me the run around also...

I set up a new account with Merchant Solutions a few months ago, the salesperson was very knowledgable and helpful. I was with another company before them and was paying too much for my Credit Card Services. This was one of the best business decisions I have made in quite a while. I would recommend this company to anyone else looking to reduce their Credit Card Processing cost!
