Their predatory practices are beyond anything I've ever seen. I was given a verbal guarantee that I could quit anytime, but when it came time to move from the city and cancel, they wouldn't accept my resignation. They kept charging me and charging me. After repeated calls, mailings, visits, pleading and providing forms and proof that I was moving, they persist and charge my account month after month after month. They should be ashamed to exploit their customers this way.

Evolve Fitness is one of the best gyms that are currently on the market, and the customer service they provide is beyond satisfactory. Furthermore, their prices are affordable, and the environment is quite friendly.

I recently joined this gym and I was pleasantly surprised at the reasonable fees. I was a member at a corporate gym for seven years and the rates were astronomically high. Evolve in Cambridge is a gorgeous facility offering a ton of classes but also has all the high end equipment as well. The staff and owner are super laid back and cool...you have the spa atmosphere without the pretentious attitude. There is free parking and a protein smoothie bar, which is a bonus.
