Lost a wheel on my toy trailer, it sheared the studs right off the hub. Luke came prepared with a new hub. Pulled off the old hub cleaned up the bearings and installed the new hub. Friendly and professional! Thanks Luke!!
Called for emergency repair and was told he wasn't available today. After few minutes he decided to agree to help. He gave me an ETA of 1 hour. 2 hours later still no show. Called back and he had not even left yet. I believe he went back to sleep. I had to call another service. Never again will I use this place!
