A cautionary tale. I was referred to Sonic Fidelity by my contractor to do audio/visual wiring and sound for an outdoor cabana I am building. Cody Kline of Sonic Fidelity came to my house to evaluate my needs. We went over them in detail and he agreed to provide me with an estimate within a few days. He then went out to talk with the contractor's workers and told them where and how to place conduit and equipment boxes in anticipation of the work his company would do. The workers complied by installing the conduit and box per Mr. Kline's instructions. After that, Mr. Kline and Sonic Fidelity ghosted. I called, emailed and left voicemail messages but no one would call me back. I told my contractor about this and he said he would call Sonic Fidelity and speak with Scott Sand. My contractor called me back and told me that Mr. Sand called me an "asshole," that he was "backed up 6 weeks," and then told my contractor that he and I should "go f--k ourselves" and then hung up! I am now at a loss as to what to do with this conduit and equipment box that Mr. Kline instructed to be installed and the company will not return my phone calls. Shameful. Beware.
