Amy, the owner of my hair helpers arrived at my residence within an hour and a half after I called. She treated my two daughters with natural products and did a very thorough treatment and comb out. She was very nice and personable and the experience as pleasant as possible. She explained the procedure for preventing lice and her treatment(s) for both our daughters worked well.
