I have been going to New Image for the past three years and they completely lost my business last Friday. I left there with a good feeling and thought that my hair looked great! Little did I realize, the back looked terrible! My hair is completely uneven, choppy and really cannot be fixed without cutting about 3 inches off...My hair is short now, so I really don't want to cut it again to fix it and make the length at my ears! The girl took such a long time to cut it, so I figured she was just taking her time...she really had no idea WHAT SHE WAS DOING! I am a college student and I now have no money to go get another haircut to make this mess look even remotely good. These people are unexperienced!
