I took my Miele vac into All Brands Vacuum to get it repaired after the tool door on the top broke. Rick, the owner, told me that the entire upper section of the housing had to be replaced. The cost would be about $275. It then seemed to me to make sense to replace it.
The new Miele vacuum I purchased, sight unseen, was patently inferior to our old one. My disabled husband, who does our vacuuming, couldn’t use it.. We carefully repackaged the vac and I brought it back in its pristine state. We never turned it on.
It took me a number of times before the store was open when I attempted the return, even though I tried again and again during the posted hours of operation. Rick told me that all sales were final and that he would not accept my return. I can't think of the last time I was treated so badly at a retail store.
My advice to readers here: Go buy elsewhere, where you are guaranteed a refund if the product doesn't meet your needs. Stay away from All Brands Vacuum at all costs!

I took my Hoover Windtunnel to this store for repair. The belts broke after over 8 years of use. The man who does the repairs is also the owner and his wife works the counter. They were both very helpful and friendly. Mistakenly, I asked to have the vacuum done that evening, but later in our conversation, I said this weekend would be fine. I received a call later that same day from the lady at the store telling me that my vacuum would be ready in a half hour and did I want to come get it then. She even offered to stay open later, so I could get there to get it. Now when does that kind of service really happen in this day and age?



When I went to the store a couple of days later, I was looking around for my vacuum and was actually standing right in front of it, but didn't recognize it as I thought it was a brand new vacuum. That's how good it looked after the service was done!! It works like a new one right out of the box.



You can be sure I'll refer this store every chance I get and I will return there in the future for all of my vacuum needs.
