- New ConstructionDavid W. Fulton, Chief Executive Officer at SSG, brings over 25 years of diverse experience in real estate development, business start up and commercial and residential construction to the team.
- DemolitionAnother fixture for many Massachusetts Commuters, this facility in Woburn is fully visible from I-95. Construction of this large parcel required removal of a massive ledge, done through demolition and a carefully coordinated rolling stop of both I-95 and I-93 during blasting. The parcel was developed into not only a large and prominent Self Storage facility, but also a Town Fair Tire.
- DecksPerhaps the largest and prominent facility to date, the Somerville facility flanks the master planned Assembly Row development. It's unmistakable murals are visible from the upper decks of this six story, structural steel marvel. The metal panel and brick facade have become a fixture and waypoint for I-93 commuters since it opened in mid 2013. Through extensive community involvement, the facility also included a local chain cafe, and a community room, with a small park and bike racks, as well as transparent displays to house local art.
- MasonryThis facility’s unique location on Route 99 allowed it to draw customers from both Boston's northern suburbs (due to its proximity to a commuter heavy rotary), as well as customers from Downtown Boston along the busy commuter road. Construction was a straightforward EIFS and Masonry design with the option to build out an ATM enclave on the corner.
