Been a member of Koko Fitclub since January of 2013. I try to be religious about my weekly workouts and have seen such an improvement in my body and overall health! Best of all, just got a report that my bone density has gone from Osteopenia to normal!! I am so thrilled that the results of my Koko program have helped in my quest for better living! Can't say enough about the benefits. Best thing I have ever done for myself!
