I ordered flowers to be delivered to a patient at Brigham & Women's hospital for same day delivery. The patient was discharged the next day and never received the flowers. I called the florist who assured me that they were delivered to the nurse's station. I called the floor that the patient was on and was told by a nurse that they did not have any flower deliveries the day before and there were't any left at a station. When I called the florist back I was very frustrated. I spoke with a very nice gentleman and he agreed to send a new arrangement to the intended recipient service. I would use this florist again because he went above and beyond t make me a happy customer. Thank you.

I ordered flowers for my father's birthday early on Friday morning, to be delivered that same day. Did not find out until I spoke with him on Sunday that no flowers had been delivered. Contacted florist on Monday and was told that his place of business was closed when driver arrived (after 5PM) on Friday and another attempt was made on Saturday morning when my father was not at work. No call to me either Friday or Saturday. When I contacted the florist on Monday, owner was apologetic and offered to either cancel or include a 'free gift' with delivery. I opted to have them delivered, despite being late, but feel that my order should have been free since the error was theirs and I was not even notified. Would not use this florist again.
