This has got to be the place with the worst customer service, My fiancé along with his grooms men my sons, nephew and grandchildren went into this location to shop for their outfits for our wedding we picked out the perfect suits in the colors we were looking for 2 of the grooms men were running late so we went and shopped around as we waited for them to arrive, the men in the store that was taking care of us was instructed to show the groomsman a specific color upon our return to the store the groomsman were dressed in the grooms color. I said you guys look great and turned my attention to the salesman and said they look great but this is the grooms color not the groomsmen color and he proceeded to say well this one cost less I'm trying to help you and save you money ok well I didn't ask you to save me money I asked you to give them the correct color for my wedding party he became upset and said well like I said I'm tryin to help you out... ummm last I checked it was my wedding not his and I didn't need him to save us money I needed him to do his job and get what I the customer asked for.. needless to say 9the groom and myself the bride walked out on him. to think that he just lost his business 7 customers in one day.. will not be returning to this place ever and much needed customer retraining is in order ugh so upset. BTW had to select a rating so gave one star not by choice .
