Very knowledgeable staff. Friendly. Will take the time to explain how to use the products if you ask. This is the place that supplied most of the materials when my apartment building was being built in the 60's and some of that staff are still around. When I have a question about the weirdness of my place they can answer it - Home Depot doesn't have a clue. More importantly... they will probably have the correct replacement part or know the store who will. If they don't carry it, they will tell you where you can find it if they know. How great is that?!
