In business since 1986 we offer free repair estimates as well as new and refurbished vacuum cleaners. We carry parts, supplies, bags, and belts for all brands.

I’ve been a customer since the 1991. I’ve always found them friendly and very knowledgeable. I’ve bought two high quality machines from them and have been very pleased.
Its unfortunate that Ashley C submitted a false/inaccurate review. I informed her that the machine she brought in for someone else needed cleaning but that Dyson does not cover under warranty. I also explained that if they would authorize cleaning and inspect that any issues we found in addition to the claim could be added to their Claim and Dyson would have to pay for any needed parts. She never had the owner call me. So when we received the part we repaired the machine but i let her know it was not going to function properly without service. See the photos i posted above. If the claims she has made regarding my integrity and professionalism were accurate we would not have a 5 star rating on google and facebook. Luckily one bad apple doesn't spoil the relationship we have with longstanding customers who know us!
This place is a rip off !! Price of the parts I bought was higher than what was quoted by their store across town....... Order your parts on-line and get them for a 3rd off. Won't ever buy from either location!
