Dr Dotson has been our veterinarian for 15 years. He is exceptional. He is so caring and goes above and beyond for his "patients" and their families. We highly recommend him for your veterinary needs.

Steve is the best vet around. He isn't in it for the money. Just for the love of animals. He is very compassionate that is a hard quality to find. I wouldn't take my pets to anyone else.

Dr. Dotson is the best vet I have ever had, and I've lived all over VA and MD. He is genuine, caring, compassionate and very reasonably priced. His staff is also wonderful. One of my cats was very sick and we all expected it to die, but Dr. Dotson didn't give up...he kept trying until he was able to return the cat to us healthy and sound! I am certain other vets would have been inclined to put our pet down. I can't say enough about Bristol Animal Clinic.

Dr. Steve Dotson, is a rare Vet. Not only is he one of the best, in pet care but, he genuinely loves the animals. He cares more for the animals than he does, the dollars they bring in. RARE!

I take all my animals to Dr. Dotson and he loves animals. He says hello to your animal and plays with them before saying hi to you. He really loves his job. He takes care of every animal like they are his own. He knows each one of my animals by name and all mine love him. If you are looking for a good vet then Dr. Dotson is the one to go to!!!!!!!!!!

Dr. Dotson is the best vet, he really cares about the animals and might I say you don't have to take a loan out for your pet to see a good vet.
