Mr.Kandic, Its been 10 years since I moved in to my house in Bridgeport CT and i already had standard security installed in my home.I can gladly say that i never had a issue with this company. There prices are fair and service is great.They actually recently came in and updated my alarm system and it workes great.I highly recommend standard security.

The representative who came to our home to show us the components of the system was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. When the technician arrived to intstall the system he arrived on time and was very informative and efficient in doing the required work.He fully explained all of the features and "walked"us through the steps of operation.

I like them so much that we decided to lear our old alarm monotoring place to go with them and we also signed up for their electricity service and possibly their insurance too. I was searching all over and comparing prices and best deals.I also called several companies companies like ADT,Slomin's Shield etc... It was almost impossible to talk to their customer services,I left voicemail and they call me back after 3 days, But Standard customer services was awesome, their answer your call right away and explain you everything without being forced to buy their product. Their prices are also the best and they are very proffesional. When they came for the installation the technicianrealized that due to the foundation of the house it was impossible to install a door sensor in the 2nd floor; therefore, I would have to buy a wireless sensor plus a different control panel. Ater calling Standard, I explained them my problem and they only charged me half of the price for the wireless equipment. I'm very pleased with them and would recommended it to my friends!

I have been a Standard Security Systems customer since 1997. When my husband passed away recently, I decided to not only have my system checked over but upgraded as well. I made the appointment via the website and was called almost immediately to select a time which fit into my schedule. Steve, the tech, came right on time, checked the system I had in place, explained my options and set about making my system come into the 21st century. He went over the function of each element, and told me exactly how to use them. I am very pleased that I now can actually navigate the panel without setting it off and he has shown me how to feel secure in my home without feeling as if I am in prison. They are absolutely impossible to deal with. When I wrote to them to tell them I was moving they filed a lien on my property to "delay my closing" unless I agreed to sign a contract with them at my next house, which I declined. Do not sign anything with them as the contract,. on the back side, provides that they can lien your property if they want to; and they will.
