General Info
We are monitoring all local, state and federal regulations to provide customers with contactless ordering options. While some restaurants may have dining rooms open, others are serving customers through the Drive Thru, with Mobile Order & Pay on the McDonald's App, and with McDelivery®. McDonald’s remains committed to following the data and science with safety as our top priority. In response to the CDC’s guidance, crew and customers will be required to resume wearing masks inside U.S. restaurants in areas with high or substantial transmission, regardless of vaccination status. Masks are always required for customers and crew who are not vaccinated. In addition to performing deep cleaning, safety shields are also in place for protection.

Provided by YP.comeverytime we go through the driveup to order, the person does not speak good english. THe order is always short something. Tonite, oct 12, i ordered 1 bacon ranch salad,1 southwest salad with 2 pieces of crispy chicken,2 burgers,1 chzburger, fries.window server gives us the bag of salads without the rest of the order, luckily i caught the mistake. Get the food home and the salads were wilted, and not because of the hot chicken.the CHICKEN WAS ICE COLD AND THE SALAD WAS MISSING THE EXTRA PIECE WHICH I PAID 1.25 FOR. the salad is marked 1100 on the bottom panel. This is why this mcdonalds store is not busy as it once was. Everybody in my neighborhood no longer goes to your store, instead they go to the burger king across the street. When we get breakfast, pancakes never ever get syrup in the bag. By this time im all the way on the other side of town. This is what ruins businesses.
