Brought my 2019 Honda Passport in for a few minor issues and the service department has been great. I was allowed to test drive as much as I needed and encouraged to show it to my mechanic for a final check. We've been to Lia Honda in Brewster several times to service both Odyssey's we've owned. Most of the service team is very knowledgeable and patient. During our most recent visit, Kira Bueti was our service agent for the first time. She is really great to work with. She handled our visit with professionalism. And even when she made a mistake, she was honest and upfront about it. I plan to ask for her again next time we visit the service center.

Had a 9 AM appointment on 7/8/19 for a state inspection and oil change and was met by Kira Bueti who was very efficient and professional. The service took about an hour and twenty mins and Kira came to see me to keep me informed about the car and how the service was progressing. I purchased my 2019 Honda Fit last week from your salesperson Mike Deleon. I only have excellent things to say about his service. I recently took my 2013 Honda Civic to Honda of Brewster, New York for its annual inspection. The service representative with whom I dealt was Phil Giordano. He was very outgoing and friendly, told me what would be checked on my car and what work he recommended I have done on my next visit. Honda is fortunate to have Phil working for them.
