went in to ask about a bull bar and installation for my pick-up.what I got was attitude and a feeling of I was bothering this person. this store does not have to worry about customer service. b/c there is none.

Walked in looking for portable battery charger. Searched the entire store while the clerk chatted on the phone. He saw me looking and looked away three times when I tried to get his attention. With online products so readily available, brick and mortar stores need to be all about customer service. B&B couldn't be bothered. Amazon!

Great knowledge and service

Awful series of experiences with BB Performance; probably one of the worst and I have seen a lot. Upon first impressions the owner seemed like he could not be bothered with me or my business. I should have walked out immediately, but I gave him the benefit of the doubt. He ended up ordering the wrong rims, and tires that did not fit my truck; forcing me to buy a ready lift kit for my truck... And the tires still rub BAD! When I picked up the truck I notice the tires pressure sensor was going off. I asked about how to fix it. The owner told me "do not worry about it. It will turn off after 200 miles". Well currently I put 500 miles on them and no dice. Businesses like this need to die on the vine because of bad leadership, questionable integrity, and bad business practices. People work too hard to be treated like this; please do not waste your time or money.
