You will find a very large staff of big-hearted, dedicated, hard-working people. Pet eating, drinking, potty habits, disposition and attitude are carefully monitored, recorded and reviewed several times a day. While you're away, you can call our toll free number (1.800.866.1406) and we'll be happy to give you a total progress report. We provide everything: quality diets, beds, playthings and especially tons of tender loving care. Pets with special needs are our specialty and we welcome them. If your pet eats a special diet or is taking medications or vitamins, bring them along and we'll be happy to administer them according to your specific instructions. Read less
