Beware... Do not do business with Boulder Bridal! Not even listed with BBB. Very nice at first, but once they have your money good luck. If you choose to do business with them make sure you get everything in writing and have the owner sign it and only the owner! Then she probably still not honor it. Very unprofessional

I was in a bridal party in May. The dress the bride chose fit her perfectly and needed no alterations.Bridesmaids dresses were custom made for this wedding by Nadine. I was told the dress would be satin. I had to have my measurements taken by a professional tailor. The tailor put a little lee-way in the measurements just in case, even though I'm a petite 110 lb girl. Come time to pay, Nadine was now charging $25.00 more than she first quoted, plus shipping. When my dress arrived, it was too tight. And it was 100% polyester! The (cheap-o) zipper split open in the back.She over-charged for an alteration when I was in town ($15.00 more than anyone else quoted me!). And it fit even worse. The zipper split again right before the wedding while I was dressing, and I had to safety-pin it all over the place, as did one other girl.She resisted any kind of refund, and didn't respond to any calls or e-mails we sent for almost 2 months! Very poor business ethics, and pretty dishonest.

I have been in several (7 that I can think of right now) weddings and this was a first for me. My sister is getting married and I am a Maid of Honor. The dress had been picked, we had been sized and it was time to pay. I called in gave my credit card and weeks later it was time to get the dress. The owner decided that I owed more money - EVEN though she had quoted us a number and I had paid. She wouldn't release the dress until I paid more. I feel that she was very dishonest. When we were trying on dresses she couldn't be more adorable and helpful. That is why I think it was more dissatisfying to have this happen. If you decided to go with her...make sure to get the price IN WRITING!!!!######Also, when we were there - prices were not on the dresses. So, it seemed like she was making up on the fly!
