      We were very disappointed with this guy. We found two very noticeable plumbing leaks shortly after we moved in. The garbage disposal didn't work and there was a crack in the bathtub. None of these things were noted on the inspection report. He was more focused on insignificant things like missing door stops and light bulbs that needed to be replaced. Definitely would not recommend.
