North End Community Health Center is a full-service health care provider. The center is one of the first childcare and early childhood education facilities in the United States. It offers a variety of services that include vision, podiatry, neurology, obstetrics/gynecology and radiology, to name a few. The center provides adult and child day centers. Its adult day center offers medical supervision, service coordination, nutrition, personal care and door-to-door transportation. North End Community Health Center is a part of the North End Community Health Center, an affiliate of Massachusetts General Hospital.
