      Founded in 1985, Massachusetts Housing Partnership is a statewide public housing organization. Based in Boston, Mass., the firm offers the SoftSecond Loan Program, a first-time homebuyer's mortgage program for families of low and moderate incomes. Additionally, Massachusetts Housing Partnership provides long-term financing for the development and preservation of affordable rental housing. It works in concert with the Governor and the state Department of Housing and Community Development to help increase the supply of affordable housing in Massachusetts.
