I rarely take time and give a pat on the back to ppl I think are doing well outside my own proffession by Representing the business were they work. Bringing something to the table that they probably arent expected to do and caustiosly steered away by others from using natural talents to make something become memorable. When I find that something or someone that leaves a lasting impression but yelp has not been something ive utilized. Their the hidden gem or trade secret idk what you call it. The garbage man who cleans up after animals that get into my trash. The courier who I feel like must own the company because he is so proffessional and trustworthy. So im going to add someone to the list along with the establishment. The young lady who handles coat check at Coppersmiths bar restarant in southie. (FELICIA) "My entire dinner party got the same vibe.. like who is the coat chic." One member of our party just said Im getting what "felicity" recommended when in unison we harshly corrected her and said her name is FELICIA..So these are the times Id like to give kudos to mgnt knowing some trick of placement of that concierge who cares but put them in the coat check area. When your looking for that new cool decor with people moving fast around you but it's not noticeable because of the experience. GO TRY "Coppersmiths" just make sure to say hi to felicia. I think it will have an effect on your dinner experience. It did on ours. We actually did joke like why does she care about our time. For about 2 minutes as we left I thought about undercover boss or owner show. Thought maybe thats why there was an obvious level of commitment. But the reason im writing this is it was just about the coat check lady - FELICIA. If I ever decide to start a restarant im coming for Felicia the coat check girl at coppersmiths.... THANKS to that someone whom seemed to generally care from start to finish of how the overall experience was at the restaraumt. Look forward to coming again. It will have to be least on a cold night so we dont miss the chance to begin with Felicia. SHE WAS SPOT - THE DESERTS were amazing.
