Wow, i went to this store a fe...

Wow, i went to this family owned store a few years back and was impressed by the lovely shop manager and the cute little store. I went back last week on vacation and was surprised to see it has been completely renovated. It's 3 times the size, and brand spanking new! Plus, they now carry chocalates and candies from my favorite local candy shop, named Phillips Candy House. If you want souvenirs, definitely check this place out.

Just reopened after major building overhaul. Was looking for some gifts, who like Boston sports that was a little different. Boy did I find different @ the Boston Stone Gift Store.

They just became one of a dozen partners allowed to distribute the areas best chocolates. Made by Boston's oldest candy house the"Phillips Candy House", which while it hasn't been around as long as the Boston Stone (1737), they have been in business since 1925.

I bought a chocolate Hockey Puck (Go, Bruins), and a Red Sox Helmet filled with chocolate baseballs for my nephew, who's a huge Pedroia fan and then I got mixed chocolates that have their Turtles (delicious), fudge (can't put'em down) and each box has note cards with scenes of the Bruins, Patriots & Red Sox.

Got all my shopping done from the nephews & nieces to all my sports fans & grandmar.

And then I got a Boston Strong t-shirt.

Thanks! For all the help Cheryl.

Great Shop

Boston Stone is great. Was in town looking for some gifts. Wandered in and found everything i could have wanted! I had trouble deciding what to buy!

The prices are very reasonable. Salesperson was extremely friendly and not pushy at all.

Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for great Boston items!
