Awsome BBQ great people and food!!

I have personaly eaten at the Smoke shack for several years now, and can honestly say there was not one thing i did not like, And the service has always been with a smile.I did have to chuckle about the gentlmen who brings his own sause. I travel 18 hours one way just to get the best ribs and sause, I always try to bring some sause back for myself and friends, here in the South.I personaly rate the smoke shack a 5 1/2 on all there food and service.And cant wait to get back there to have another meal. The ribs are the best around!!! My experience there was great, not only was everyone friendly but the food was amazing. The dining room is comfortable and service is really fast-great place to grab a bite to eat!

This is the best genuine southern barbecue I have found since I moved up here. I felt like I was back home in South Carolina again. My server was very pleasant and I liked her a lot. Plus the owners actually work here and take the time to meet their customers. I agree the ice cream is the best!

I do want to start off by saying that the pulled pork served at the Smoke Shack is EXCELLENT! It's just perfect! The sweet potato fries are really yummy, too! Unfortunately, the BBQ sauce they serve with the pulled pork is really gross, so, whenever we go, we just bring our own sauce. The ice cream (made by Jordan's Ice Cream in Belmont, NH) is the BEST, yummiest and creamiest ice cream around!! The reason why I'm giving Smoke Shack only 3 stars is because the service isn't that good at all. I've worked in the food service industry for years and it's not rocket science. How hard is it to be pleasant or smile?! Even if you have a grumpy customer once in a while, you just kill 'em with kindness! If you can't answer a customer's question, ask another co-worker who can. I mean, really! The lady who waited on me this afternoon was really unpleasant and just didn't want to be there. An establishment's service can really make or break the entire experience!
