My mother was treated poorly over the phone, now refuses to deal with them, or get any help from others due to the rudeness of the person on the phone, so, I'd agree with Patricia. Volunteers are treated well, to be sure, person needing assistance - not so much. Good luck

I don't know how the last person to review the H&HC decided to give a poor review. I volunteer often in many capacities, clothes drive and more, and all my contacts with the HHC workers are great, helpful, upbeat, and ready to serve!

The volunteers are rude and disrespectful. Some of the employees are just as rude. They really don't care
