The owner is an evil lady. I'm a single father. While discussing my pick up and drop off agreement as lined out in my custody agreement she found it important to make her own stipulations and make me and my Daughter wait outside in the freezing cold waiting for an underpaid undereducated "teacher" to greet me at the door. Which on average takes 10 minutes keep in mind it's winter time and there is no reason other than a crazy ex wife that cheated on me that is keeping me from walking my daughter to her class room. Employees of this daycare do partake in illegal substances which were disclosed to the business owner yet no action was taken. While trying to live like she is still a popular high school student she had failed to provide a safe clean environment for children. She's sexist and will hold any single dad to a different standard than any mother. Be warned. And if you try to communicate expect to be hung up on and put on hold for several minutes until you finally realize there is more to life than dealing with a failing miserable "business owner" dad stay away from this establishment

We spent 6 months there and my kids got sick on day 3 and were sick until shortly after we pulled them out. It's been over a month and they are night and day different kids now that they're healthy. They also send teachers home if the classes are small which causes safety issues and my child got hurry and they played it off. The drama between the staff is insane and affects the kids as far as safety is concerned. They also prop the secure doors open when it's warm and have kids roaming hallways. Finally, after searching for other daycares, the price you pay at Young America isn't worth what you get. I will actively lead people away from this place!

Thisis by far the best childcare center I have visited in the Boise area. It's beautiful, the staff are well educated, the envornment is calming and inviting. I was greeted at the door by personable , enthuastic staff, that really have their hearts and minds attuned to the welfare of children's developmental processes. I would encourage any childcare professional to expore employment here, as well as parents that are searching for high quality childcare in the area! two Thumbs Way Up!!!!

Finally a clean, inviting, center! I was impressed when I was greeted at the door by a staff member, she was able to get the Director for an unscheduled tour. I wanted to see what the true "goings on" were, not when you schedule a tour and everything is prepped for a view! The classrooms were clean, and really do have great toys. They were actually age appropriate! I wanted to check on the preschool classes, and I was really excited about getting my son in to get ready for kindergarten. The teachers were awesome, they had a fun board that listed all the activities. The class was clean and inviting, the kids were actually involved in puzzle and math play at tables, art was available, a computer with learning games, and the teachers were sitting at the tables with the kids working on handwriting and rhyming. I was really excited! They do a kindergarten readiness and assessment, because as a first time mom of a kinder, I have been nervous about getting him ready! They have extra programs like Spanish, Karate, and Gymnastics. I also asked about field trips, and they have a BUS that my son is so excited about!! If you are looking for a clean place with experienced staff, check out this place!!

Young America is a top of the line child care facility that truly focuses on quality. The have a phenomenal Director and excellent staff who are loving and professional. Their program is educational and I love that they focus on Kindergarten Readiness. My children have excelled in their care and I have piece of mind when I leave them to go to work each day. The brand new facility is well equipped with the superior toys and equipment. Their classrooms are clean and well taken care of. I am so thankful to be a part of Young America and I would highly recommend their center to others. It is the best in the Treasure Valley!
