Robert, the so called manager is spineless. Lisa, the office (a.k.a the bully) is the one who dictates and makes people's life's miserable. She has even added a side kick Monika (Leasing agent) to the mix. She is a back up bully.
Management cuts corners and makes promises that never get done. If you continue to make requests and create any work for them; they will retaliate by looking for a reason to evict.
There is blatant discrimination of NON refugees. Lisa watch an actual physical assault of an autistic child (10), by a teenage boy on video, but could not figure out how to save the video for the police? Convenient.

Provided by DexKnowsi lived at one property for 6 months, the manager was so unorganized and airheaded. we signed the wrong lease at first. then she lost the lease with all my maintenance notes, and my 30 days notice. of which she had no proper paperwork in the first place. in doing my walk thru i stated the severity of our maintenance problems, and that they came in only once. we had problems that effected our powerbill(150/mo for 500 sqft). so i requested for my nonrefundable cleaning deposit, because the apartment was left immaculate, and i was paying more out of pocket for them not following their part of the lease. i wrote two letters, and was told to speak with Sandra Dean. it took nearly 4 months of calling to finally get a call back, the person who called said "sorry but i really dont know how to answer your questions, im doing a favor for someone.". thanks sandra for not being able to admit you hired an idiot. very unprofessional people other than the receptionist
