Bad practices. There company denied my 7 year old daughter care on a Sunday because of 5 year old billing issue. Not only is this morally wrong but is also not legal because they are and urgent care clinic and not a private practice. I am very disappointed that not only are they not following US law but there bookkeeping is not very good since insurance paid for the services they are questioning. What is even more disturbing is they didn't even offer us a solution to the problem they just flat us told us they can't help us. Felt like I was in another country.

Overcharged. No wonder insurance is so high. I asked when I went in sick how much the visit would be. I was told either $107 or $109 plus any labs or test. I was charged after I got done with visit $159 + $4 to put the oxygen test on the end of my finger for a few seconds. (standard for everyone that comes in) Her explanation was that since I hadnt been there before they had to review my history and that is why is was so much more. The funny thing was that I didnt fill out any history and I was never asked any history. I was only asked about the reason that brought me in that day. Believe me, no extra time was spent. Only about 5 mins with nurse practicioner and I was done. They want to send the higher rate to the Insurance company to get paid more for doing nothing more but Since my deductible is percentage based it made a difference. Someone with a co-pay that is an exact amount would not realize or probably care what they are doing. I perfer to go to an office that is ethical!
