I've purchased tires and services from this location for 15 years. On 4/20/2010 I returned with a blowout on a tire purchased March 2010 for the Drivers Education Car. Wow! What a change a new manager makes. I was outside with students when I was fingered by the manager to come into the stall with him and two employees. I was treated as if I was consummating a fraud, called a liar and was denied any consideration on the tire. Two employees apologized for the managers behavior as I was leaving. A mechanic told me he was quitting and would not work for the company or manager again. The students said the manager had been glaring at them for several minutes as they stood beside the vehicle before he fingered me to come in. That story went around our school between students and parents overnight and probably grew with each telling. Thank goodness his bullying behavior happened with me and not my wife. All my business is going to Commercial Tire for fair treatment from here on out
