Boise's all natural Meat , We focus on our meat being Antibiotic and Hormone free, Organic. We offer Natural Raw dog food's treats and beef bones ( for the dogs that love to chew). Try our in house beef peppered jerky or peppered elk, we have pepperoni with pepper-jack cheese in it. Have us cut one of our delicious Falls brand hams into deli meat for you or a smoked pork tenderloin. Have all of your roasts trimmed to perfection by our professionals. Tri tip, Pime Rib, Brisket, Tenderloin Fillet's, Flat iron, Chuck Roast, Ground chuck roast burger, Ground pork Sausage and of course Bacon. We offer things like goat that is cubed in 1x1 squares or delicious duck to put on the rotisserie we carry Veal and Bison cuts. Order wholes or halves of Locker Beef that is aged and then broken down into your favorite cut's wrapped and ready to be frozen. We also offer things like our Meat bundles and or half bundles ranging in sizes 20-90lbs with all sorts of different choice cuts of pork, beef and chicken ready to pickup with 1-3 business days , or you can pre-order for monthly purposes. Worst butchers ever! Dropped off an elk for processing and received less than 45 lbs back. From there own numbers it was over 30% less than I should have received. These people are incredibly rude and in my opinion dishonest . I would recommend finding someone else to do business with.
Good prime rib last year, so this year we are going to try a 5 lb beef tenderloin. Service is fine, no fanfare (i.e., smiling), but really good meat. If the roast this year is as good as last year's then I'll give them 5 stars next time. Try them out, just don't expect much chatting, which sometimes is good, too.
I've been shopping here less than a year but I wouldn't go anywhere else. The meat is the best I've had in Idaho and really well priced. Every time I go in, the service is great. The guys are knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and more than willing to go above and beyond than just selling what they have out in the case. I recommend them to everyone I know.

Not a fan, the guy gave back poorly wrapped meat, inconsistant cuts thickness on steaks and the attention to detail was poor. Will not us this meat cutter again!

This guy has done three half beefs for me over the last three years and they all rock! I arrived here looking for his phone number online. See you there this week Bob!
My family has tried multiple butchers in the Treasure Valley (namely Boise, Nampa, Caldwell, Meridian) Bob's Meats Royale had the Best meat and hands down the best service. I have recommended them to all my family and friends and would recommend them to anyone who wants quality product at an awesome price! We have never been dissatisfied with our purchases.
