We called drain pro and waited for a plumber to show up. Called several times and then was told "on my way" 5 hours later no plumber no call and when we called did not have the decency to answer. It is Friday and if we would have known he wasn't going to be able to make it we could have called a different plumber. Horrible and would not recommend.

It had been ten years since my furnace had been serviced, so when I called Drain Heating and Air, owner Keith took my call, he was personable and a patient listener. He scheduled my appointment with friendly heating and air tech who was on time and thoroughly inspected the furnace. Everything seemed fine, so I was only charged for a service call! A week later, the furnace stopped working. I called Boise heating and cooling and they sent out another technician (don't recall his name) to inspect the problem. Turned out there was a loss connection, something that didn't show up on the prior appointment. Fortunately the tech was able to repair the problem rather than replace it which was a cost savings including no charge for a second service call. The tech also suggested a thicker filter that would give me better air flow and he was right! Owner Keith and his Boise heating and cooling crew were great doing business with and I would defiantly recommend using them. Thanks guys!

We couldn't be more pleased with their service. They were on time and very professional. You would think those qualities would be a given in Boise service related fields, but we have found that not to be the case with other Boise plumbing companies. With these guys though, you get a great team. They cleaned up well after their work and spent time going over every aspect of the install. Keith left his card in case we ever have any issues. I have called them needing service and they came right out . The unit has always worked wonderfully, there was a just a rattle from a loose screw. I really could not recommend them enough.

The heating & air technician arrived on time and was very professional. During the inspection he noticed that my furnace had a part that was recalled by the manufacturer and offered to replace it at no charge to me (covered by warranty). He did not have the part at the moment but we scheduled the follow up appointment for that. A part of the heating and cooling service was to replace the furnace filter. What I did not like was that I was charged $65 for the filter that is priced at $25 elsewhere (this was in addition to the original labor price). I understand some markup but this seems excessive. For the second appointment, the Boise heating & air conditioning technician called me up just before the scheduled time and informed me that he will be very late due to traffic. So we agreed to reschedule to a different day. On that day he arrived on time and performed the work as agreed.

I noticed on a late weekend night that my 20 year old gas furnace was dripping water onto the floor. Drain Pro Plumbing had a 24 hour service line and their on-call person walked me through the issue. They determined it wasn't an emergency so they scheduled an appointment for regular business hours, saving us some money. It turned out to be an issue with the condensate line. They broke down our options - we could fix it or have it replaced. We decided to have it replaced as it was extremely old already. Their sales representative took his time and laid out all of our options. There was no pressure to upgrade and he actually talked us out of paying extra for some upgrades we thought we needed but would have been excessive/unnecessary. When he finished, I felt very informed and confident in my decision. We scheduled the replacement and paid half up front.



The heating and air repair team was very friendly and considerate as well. They made sure to protect our floors and explain everything they were doing. When the Boise heating & AC team pulled out the old furnace, they realized the water damage from the condensate line was significant. Our subfloor under the furnace was barely holding together. They brought this to our attention right away rather than installing the new equipment over the top. We asked for a Boise carpenter recommendation to fix the floors and they arranged to have one from an associated remodeling company come out right away. This delayed our heat pump installation but Drain Pro plumber Boise provided us with several high quality space heaters at no charge while we were waiting for the repair. They also completed as much of the electrical and ducting work as they could on that first day so that they could quickly connect everything once the carpentry was done.



They even noticed and pointed out an issue with our plumbing while they were working in the crawl space! Overall, a very thorough, friendly crew with a sharp eye for all sorts of Boise home issues. We got an excellent new heating system at a reasonable cost and averted major structural and Boise plumbing disasters, too.

Ran camera down side sewer. Found some roots and damaged drain pipe. Agreed to repair apparent hole in pipe near house. After installation of clean out and new repair pipe, re-exam of root damage after pressure washing out roots discovered a cracked section of pipe 40 feet further towards street. Agreed to repair of that section of pipe requiring 4 foot deep hole with new section of pipe plus cleanout. Both repair holes in very hard ground and the crew was very professional and courteous. The total repairs were $3600 including tax. Great price when compared to the cost i got from other boise plumbing companies. The work and was done professionally. I would use them again in the future wheni need a good Boise plumber.

Checked a leaking external faucet. Was able to tighten it a temporary fix that is still working for me AND showed me the replacement part that I would need to get, should this fix wear out. He saved me money with his recommendations and set me up to be successful doing the small repair that might be needed in the future. I have used Drain Pro plumbing Boise in the past and will continue to do so!

If your looking for an honest Boise plumbing or hvac company i don't think you can go wrong with keith. His prices were a bit steep on our new air conditioning system but i believe a lot of that was because the air conditioner it self cost so much money. Right in the middle of summer the only time, as well as the worst time our air conditioner unit could go out. But thanks for at least making things a little bit easier drain pro

Overall very satisfied whith the help i received from drain pro plumbing Boise. Drain is now fixed.
