Provided by DexKnowsThis was the worst clinical experience we have ever had. The nurses after my significant other's procedure were extremely rude, as was the nurse practitioner at the next appt. They made no effort to listen to what was being said and jumped right to doing an expensive procedure without getting an ultrasound first. We will definitely not be going back, and we can't believe they are still in business given the way they treat their patients.

Provided by DexKnowsOur family has used this facility several times for routine testing with acceptable results. This time, however, we are extremely disappointed with the scheduling process. Our GP was on the phone making the referral when we left his office. As soon as we arrived home we phoned to schedule the procedure which is quite urgent. All we were able to get, however, was an automated phone system that kept telling us that all schedulers are helping other patients and to "hit another key" if we wish to keep holding. After more than 20 minutes of this on our landline I phoned the office from my cell and reached the "after hours" service who told me (at 4:54 pm) that apparently the office has closed early and he was unable to reach anyone!!! Perhaps a small issue, but surely someone in Admin should take the time to deal with these kinds of issues. Does not give us great confidence that the rest of the practice is run any better.

Provided by DexKnowsI was not sedated properly, so I woke up a few minutes into it. They continued with it anyway, and when I cried out in pain, I was told to "be quiet" or to "not make so much noise". As if that wasn't enough, the nurse put her hand over my mouth to muffle me. I was in pain and humiliated. And they did nothing about it, nothing to make it better. Don't be treated this way!! Find a different gastro specialist.
