      I am currently training with Matt right and it is the best thing that ever happend to me. I have been through 4 different trainers and he is the first one that has actually instilled in me that its a life change not a DIET. I stated in August and I have lost 45lbs. If you are truly serious about loosing weight and getting fit, dont think twice choose Matt! Hands down the best trainer in the Treasure Valley.
