I do so love the food at this restaurant and love to stop by whenever I go through Bluefield; however, today the hot dog was cold and tasted almost raw. I ordered a Double Cheeseburger and the meat wasn't salted, there were no condiments i.e. salt pepper in the bag nor was I asked if I wanted any and I was charged for the "Cheese"burgers but did not receive any CHEESE. I was already going through the tunnel when I pulled the food out of the bag and . . . WOW what a disappointment. Management needs to do some training with the help in the drive thru to keep from ruining the years of awesome reputation.
