I have never worked with a less professional company. Long story short, after starting a week after they said they would start, they worked on my egress installation for two weeks, I called 5 times to find out when theyâÂÂd be done. I finally received a call back and was told theyâÂÂd be done that day and received a half-hearted apology (âÂÂwell, thereâÂÂs nothing we can do now") and a lot of excuses about it being someone else's fault. They didnâÂÂt finish the job, and the window and framing were very crooked. I emailed them to let them know I was hiring another contractor to finish the job and they needed to get their bobcat out of my yard. The bobcat was gone within an hour and a half. No call, no response, no apology.
Craig Norwood was a very rude person to my wife when he completely installed the wrong windows and egress window wells. Even with the wrong windows and wells installed the finished work was pitiful and ugly. I do not recommend this company!!!!!!
Craigo Constuction - Craigo Construction should spend less time worrying about competitors such as Construction By Design and Phils glass and posting bogus reviews on them and his own sites and start take care of is own business. Real disservice to honest people looking for honest reviews. Just bad business all around Craig Norwood of Craigo Construction. Very disappointing to see an business owner conducting business this way. Dishonest owner producing dishonest results - Buyer be ware - ask for last several jobs and go talk to tem.
We were refered to Craigo Construction by several of our friends that had egress windows installed by Craigo Construction and before that we had done some calling around to other window companies, Windor, Pella, and Lynrich just to name a few, and they all refered us to Craigo Construction. We called Craigo to come look at the 3 egress windows we wanted to have installed and decided that the price was less than we had expected. Craigo installed all 3 windows start to finish in one day! My wife and I couldn't believe it and it is incredable that it was very clean with no damage to the existing landscape and no mess on the inside. We figured that we have increase the value of our home by atleast $15,000 and it only took one day! Hire Craigo Construction. Great investment!!
In September we had Craigo Construction install 20 Egress windows for us at Brandy Wine Condos.. Craigo Constructio completed 20 egress windows in 7 days! They were very clean, they always used drop clothes inside and out and they even took their shoes off when they came into the condos. The quality of the work is amazing. I recomend Craigo Construction for any construction work especially egress windows.
