Barry Billcliff was fast to throw Richard jacobs under the bus.... He says that Richard Jacobs brought the gutter aluminum to my house and it's his fault that we are having problems. I would have discussed this with Richard Jacobs himself but he doesn't return phone calls. As far as I'm concerned... his business practices are no better than Barry Billcliffs. Don't get yourself messed up with these guys!!!
