i have been going to k nails and never had a problem until I had the one nail girl named Cindy. She was awful. So rude, she was on the phone the whole time and then when she got off the phone I asked her if she could make my nails shorter and she literally yelled at me and gave me a whole bunch of attitude. SO unprofessional. I'm probably never going to return.

I have had many manicures and pedicures here and they are very clean and do a great job. I have recommended this place to my friends.

I have read the review about the waxing situation,I think the person wrote that is lying because I been to KNails lots of time to get wax and had no problem. All I can say is that the service and the workers there are friendly.
